Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Josh Tagi Photography reserves the right to change pricing, specifications and availability without notice.
Payments
We accept PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.
Production Time Frame
For print orders please note that your print won’t start production until the funds have cleared in our account.
Once your order has been processed and sent off to the print lab Australian customers, please allow up to 4 weeks for your print to be delivered to you and International customers, please allow 4-6 weeks for your print to be delivered to you.
If there are any delays on your print, Josh will contact you and keep you up to date on it’s progress and the expected delivery date.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Return and Exchanges
Josh Tagi strives to provide quality products and gaining your 100% satisfaction with any product you purchase through contact with Josh Tagi Photography. In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of any product within 30 days since your purchase and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the condition that you received it. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If an item that you received is not what you expected or damaged please contact Josh at the following email address josh.tagi05@gmail.com to notify us of your return and reason. Please also quote your invoice number and date of order.
Please Note: The best care has been taken to accurately represent the finished photograph in the online gallery, however due to web limitations and differences in individual user’s monitor settings, printed photograph colours may differ slightly from the photographs viewed on this website.
